Never Rest Ladders - Ladies edition is a 12 week kettlebell course for women 30+ who want to get in shape, become fit, lose weight and build strength with kettlebells.

Unless you're a seasoned kettlebell professional, crafting a solid workout program can be tricky.
Heck, even kettlebell professionals might have a hard time trying to create a kettlebell workout system that is geared towards building muscle.
Professionals, coaches and you (if you go after it yourself) have to understand the basics of muscle building and apply it to the unique characteristics of the kettlebell.
If you're not savvy or careful enough, you might invest a lot of time, effort and sweat and end up without any kind of result or even worse, hurt yourself along the way.
Let's bypass the frustration and take a shortcut!
In order to achieve this, we will train twice per week. The first workout of the week is a ladder (mountain) and the last workout of the week is a mobility/ stretching session.
In our case, we call ladders "mountains": We start from the bottom with the exercise that requires the most reps and we end up on the mountain top with the exercise that requires the least amount of reps.
After we've reached the mountain top, we have to descend the mountain by starting with the top exercise and finishing with the bottom exercise.
Kettlebells offer a wide array of additional benefits and this includes building a strong, healthy and aesthetic body - even as we age. One of its biggest advantages is being able to follow this complete workout program at home - without the need of a gym membership.
