“Gregory and Angie, This was EXCELLENT for a free course offering! I recently completed Simple & SINISTER and thought the workouts would be easier in comparison. I was wrong! I found myself having to put the bell down to often ( for me) but I can only assume that the volume was turned up! The final workout will serve well as a progression test for me anyway. I attempted with 16kg. I will get to 24kg though. Thanks for a great program and training experience!”
