I can now do power cleans and overhead press with a 28kg kettlebell which I can only use for 2 handed hard swings before. The technique and skill you will learn from Gregory and Angie are really awesome. Thanks Lebestark. I now need to figure out how to schedule a good mix of KB with barbells and dumbbells.”

“Nach gut 3 Monaten konnte ich nun den Mastertest nach Vorgabe durchziehen und den Kurs erfolgreich abschliessen. In dieser Zeit konnte ich mich Technisch extrem verbessern. Denn ohne richtige Technik ist es unmöglich zu schaffen. Dennoch hat dieser Test mir aufgezeigt wo es noch einiges an Arbeit gibt. Gregory konnte jederzeit nach Rat gefragt werden und auch eine Testeinsendung war möglich. Er konnte mir somit noch die letzten Tipps geben die zum bestehen gefehlt haben. Ich bin froh, den Masterkurs gebucht zu haben denn somit konnte ich mein Kettlebell Training auf das nächste Level bringen. Der Kursinhalt wird immer mal wieder angepasst was ich toll finde. Man kauft also nicht nur ein „Paket“ und wird allein gelassen, sondern man wird über Mail bei Fragen spitze betreut. Die Antworten kommen schnell und es wird wirklich auf alles eingegangen. Auch ist es spitze, dass man die Kursinhalte immer wieder erneuert und anpasst und es heisst nicht wie bei manch anderen, wenn man neuen Kontent will muss man die überarbeitete Version „nochmals“ kaufen. Man merkt einfach mit wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft Gregory und Angie hinter dem Thema Kettlebell stehen. Und die viele Arbeit die darin investiert wurde merkt man dem Kurs in jeder Lektion an. Danke Gregory dass du diesen Online Kurs ins Leben gerufen hast. Er ist jeden Cent wert!”

The course is well designed with 10 weeks worth of instructional videos, quizzes, assignments. As an individual with a Masters Degree education, I appreciate the professional approach of the Lebe Stark academy with the quality of the course management system. The course management system is similar to ones that I have used for online professional certifications. Having some technical knowledge and training, I also recognize the professional and secure approach to the uploading course assignments. Using the pdf format protects the Lebe Stark website and its members from potential security breaches. I also felt the use of YouTube as the media platform for uploading our videos was a smart choice. The amount of content available made this course very beneficial for those who are dedicated to Kettlebell training. As a whole, this is a roughly two month course with another four months of training with 30 and 90 days of Kettlebell. Plus monthly virtual live group training sessions with the instructor. As a former secondary school teacher, I recognized that the instructor was able to make the most of the time and still provide individual feedback to each participate in the group training session. Right now, I cannot think of anything that I did not enjoy about the Hybrid Sytle Master Class course. I believe it is up to the student to take the time to “practice” these kettlebell movements and improve their form. I feel for me that will take some time, but I have to refocus to the idea of “practice” versus “training.” For many years as a powerlifter the you went to the gym to train. ”
